Our recent collaborations

In February 2024, we hosted a four-day songwriting camp in collaboration with Hospital Records and Monstercat, bringing together artists from both labels for intensive co-writing sessions as part of Songs In The Key Of Knife.

We've partnered with MediaTracks UK on several writing camps, including an all-female camp celebrating talent and creative collaboration.

We've also worked alongside Notting Hill Music through their ongoing partnership with Tileyard Music—bringing writing sessions to life here at TYX.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own Sound Engineer to a TYX recording studio, or do you provide one?

We have a roster of engineers, videographers and lighting assistants you can add on to your booking starting from £25 +VAT per hour.If you'd like to bring your own engineer to a TYX recording studio you're welcome too. Our production studios are set up for plug and play so if you are used to recording your own vocals and running your own sessions, you will find our set up easy to acclimate to.

Can I work with a TYX mastering engineer in person?

Yes, you can work with a TYX mastering engineer in person. Wes offers in-studio sessions where you can collaborate directly with a mastering engineer, providing feedback and insight as your track is fine-tuned in real time

How much is it to hire TYX for my writing camps?

It totally depends what you are looking for in terms of number of rooms and duration. Typically we expect a small writing camp to need 2 rooms over 3 days - this would be £1,800 (+VAT). However we can cater for smaller or much larger camps than this so enquire for more details.

What is included?

Access to professional studios, guidance from music professionals, and opportunities to collaborate with fellow songwriters and music creators.

The Red Studio is my favourite room to work in London right now, its where most the magic has happened for me and is just a great sounding room where all my clients leave feeling happy.

The Atmos studio at TYX has been a great find for me, its such an awesome place to be, the room sounds amazing, its super easy!

The central location, nestled within the Creative community at the Tileyard complex sets TYX apart from any other space we have worked at. In addition the vast facilities, choice of space and service is second to none, the feedback we receive from our clients is always incredibly positive too!
